Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Ladang'57. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
If there's something wrong with the items that you have bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to make a request for the refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product purchased must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We at Ladang’57 aims to always serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you will continuously support and purchase our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. A representative from our team will contact you to confirm prior to making a delivery. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded for that specific product once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Ladang'57 is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will inspect your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed with the approval for the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Kindly take note that it can take some time for your bank company to process and post the refund too.
For any pre-order items, we will put in our best efforts to fulfill the orders within the estimated time frame. While we will do our best at on time fulfillment, there maybe delays due may due to unforeseen weather or natural circumstances that are beyond our control. If in any case the order was not delivered within the given time frame, the customer will have an option to wait or to request for a refund.
The process of refund will also depend on the mode of payment. Payments via our 3rd party payment gateway will have to follow the payment gateway refund policy which will normally be nothing less than 2 weeks or 14 working days. Cash payments or direct transfers will follow our finance timeline between 7 - 14 working days.
Ladang'57 is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by Ladang'57, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place.
